SPOT THE DIFFERENCE

Hello, my name is Tsubi! (short for Tsubasa). Since I was a child, soup has been my favorite snack. During my lunch breaks, I would eat instant soups and always wondered why they tasted so bland and not delicious. I tried many and became obsessed with finding a soup that tasted great but wasn't unhealthy. I couldn't find any, and wondered how difficult it would be to make my own.

So, my mission began. Create the dream soup with all the features I find important, while using the finest ingredients available in Japan. It was also important to represent authentic Japanese flavors using ancient ingredients while adding a modern twist to traditional recipes.

After many years of recipe development and much trial and error, Tsubi Soup was launched in 2017. With no prior experience in the food industry, all I knew was that this project gave me hope, and I was determined to see it through. I never expect it to go beyond the first batch, but I received encouragement from customers all over the world who reached out and continued to order my soups. I've never looked back since. Eventually, I left my corporate job to focus on my passion which has now become my purpose. :)
