We simply wanted to create a soup for the busy and health conscious person, who loves to eat great tasting food. We've squeezed in as many vegetables and fun ingredients as we possibly could, into EVERY cube. So you don't need to add anything else, but hot water!

People often mistake miso soup as vegan but it actually isn't. 'Dashi' is a Japanese broth that is made from tuna and other seafoods which is a fundamental base ingredient in Japanese cuisine. This also includes miso soup. Thankfully, the broth used in Tsubi Soup is made from simmering down wild seaweed and shiitake mushrooms to bring you that same hearty umami and flavorful depth, naturally. No animals were harmed in the creation of Tsubi Soup :)

Made with the highest grade NON-GMO soybeans, our miso is carefully steamed and fermented at our master miso crafters in Kyoto who have been making miso for more than five generations. Our three vegan blends have been carefully balanced to complement the unique ingredients in each flavor. Being a fermented product, naturally occuring probiotics and enzymes found in miso aid in long-term digestive health and helps balance the healthy bacteria in your gut. The fermentation process also creates an abundance of natural vitamin B's, K's and E's and minerals. Oh, and it tastes amazing too!
